Food for Thought

...if your thoughts are that you are hungry...

Delicious things I have made and eaten recently:

Salmon, brie and avocado omelette.

Mini nachos, with greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

Cucumber and spreadable Mersey Valley cheese on vitabrits.

Smoked salmon, cucumber, Kewpie mayonnaise and avocado sushi.

Cucumber sticks with greek yogurt.

Blue cordial.
Nothing this colour seems like a good idea, but it's apple and black current flavour and has extra electrolytes for fast hydration.
